Each of our facilities has a freight coordinator to facilitate receipt, storage and delivery of your equipment.  In order to maintain organization and efficiency, we require all inbound freight coming in to have an appointment made at least 48 hours in advance.  Notification of delivery can be made by emailing freight@craneserviceco.com.  You will need either a BOL, packing slip and/or shipping manifest to secure an appointment time.  Once received, one of our team members will contact you with a scheduled time. Upon arrival the following is required to process your shipment; name and contact information of the customer, job name, and description of your freight.
